Over the past 25 years I have participated in thousands of hours of professional and personal development training and received various certifications. Some, like EQ, Meyers-Briggs, DISC Assessment and the Certified Hospitality Administrator designation were part of my hospitality management training. Others, like the Women That Win MastHERmind certification, EnergyRich Business Bootcamp and Creativity Coaching Certification are programs I selected for my personal development and current business growth.

Every training has brought me a little closer to my personal mission to be my authentic self and to share my gifts with the world. I've sorted through hundreds of programs to find the ones that worked for me and I am pleased to share them with you as a resource, so that instead of spending your time searching for answers, you can move into action immediately and begin creating the life of your dreams.

The resources here have all supported me along the way. Everything on this list is something I have read or worked with personally. That being said, I cannot speak to the results you may or may not get or to the appropriateness of a particular topic, product or training for you as an individual.
